Business Office is located at 350 West Sahuarita Rd. District Administration Building (Building 10.) The hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Q. 1. How do I change my Federal taxes? (Top)
A. Complete the Federal Tax Change form (W4) and send it to Payroll. The form is available in Payroll section on the SUSD website and in the Payroll Office.

Q. 2. How do I change my Arizona state taxes? (Top)
A. Complete the Arizona State Tax form (A-4) and send it to Payroll. The form is available in Payroll section on the SUSD website and in the Payroll Office.

Q. 3. What should I do if I lost my payroll check? (Top)
A. Go to the Payroll office to complete the appropriate paperwork

Q. 4. What should I do if I do not receive my check? (Top)
A. Contact the payroll department to confirm a check was issued. If the check was issued, we will research to see where the check was sent. If it is determined to be lost in the mail, it is a 10 day waiting period beginning with the date it was mailed before we can stop payment. You will need to complete some paperwork in Payroll before a stop payment can be placed. There is a 48-72 hour waiting period before the replacement check is issued.

Q. 5. How can I have my pay deposited into my bank account? (Top)
A. Complete the Direct Deposit Authorization form. Attach a voided check for checking accounts and send to Payroll. The form is available in Payroll section on the SUSD website and in the Payroll Office.

A. Complete a Employee Info and Address Change Form and send it to Human Resources. The form is available on Human Resources Department on website or contact Human Resources Department.

Sahuarita Unified School District participates in the National Child Nutrition Program administered by the United States Department of Agriculture. We meet the Federal guidelines for breakfast and lunch meals. All of our schools operate salad bars which help reinforce “healthy” food choices.

Sahuarita’s Food & Nutrition Department would like to provide our consumers with credible, accurate, and practical resources about health and nutrition. Below you will find websites that will provide you access on topics from A-Z. This will help answer questions that most often get asked:

One size doesn't fit all. MyPyramid offers personalized eating plans, interactive tools to help you plan and assess your food choices, and advice to help you.

FNIC web site has a very large range of information for consumers. They cover more than 70 topics including Child Nutrition and Health, Dietary Guidelines, Food Safety, Heart Health, and General Nutrition.

This user-friendly website from USDA’s Food and Nutrition Information Center provides access to a variety of food and nutrition publications that are mostly full-text and specifically geared to answer the questions consumers most often ask.

Nutrition.gov provides easy access to the best food and nutrition information from across the federal government. Users can find practical information on healthy eating, dietary supplements, fitness and how to keep food safe.

Tax Credit

Arizona taxpayers may donate up to $400 for married and $200 for single status to Sahuarita schools for the extracurricular activities of their choice and take a dollar-for-dollar credit off their Arizona state income tax liability. The Tax Credit donation may also count as a tax-deductible donation on the federal tax return. Please see your tax professional for more information.

The Tax Credit donation must be received by midnight December 31st in order to take the tax credit in the current year .

Tax credit Brochure – Please download the brochure, fill it out, include your check and mail it back. You will receive your receipt for tax purposes by mail.

Receipt Issued When Funds Received

A pre-numbered receipt will be issued for each payment. The receipt will include the school’s name and address, the school district’s name and tax ID # the taxpayer’s name and address, the amount paid and the date it was received or postmarked. If a specific activity or program is being supported, it will be listed on the receipt. If a fee is being paid on behalf of a specific student, the receipt will detail the name of the student and the amount of the fee. The donor’s social security number is not to be listed on the receipt.

Once a receipt has been generated, no refunds will be issued.
