At Sahuarita Middle School, our staff is committed to providing the highest education for all students. Our school is recognized by the Arizona Department of Education as a HIGHLY PERFORMING school because our students and staff all "Reach for the Excellence Within!"

Students of Sahuarita Middle School are unique because they are transitioning from elementary into the "middle" years. This is a fantastic age as students experience a time in their lives for fun filled days of solving an algebra problem, creating a Kachina doll, blasting off a bottle rocket, running for a touchdown, reading a novel, developing a yearbook, constructing a web page, assembling a science project, making new friends, and much more.

Our school has a lot to offer our students. The following are a few: after school study hall, awards assemblies, AIMS classes, clubs, dances, dress code, drama performances, music festivals, newspaper, pep rally, Positive Incentive Programs (PIP), student council, sports, and tutoring.

We encourage students to get involved, be prepared, be present, choose their attitude, play and learn at school. Sahuarita Middle School's students, parents, faculty, and staff work together to promote ongoing student success:
