SMS Student Registration Information:
It is important for a parent and his/her student to attend processing and fill out the required forms and pick-up the student’s class schedule. Please bring proof of residency in the SMS boundaries (contract, rental agreement, or utility bill) and most recent immunization records. The class schedule will not be released without the completed forms. You and your student can come to the SMS Front office to pick up his/her schedule next week according to the following schedule:
8th Grade Tuesday, July 27th 9 a.m. -- 2 p.m.
7th Grade Wednesday, July 28th 9 a.m. -- 2 p.m.
6th Grade Thursday, July 29th 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Make-up Friday, July 30th 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Make up Monday, Aug 2nd 10:30 a.m. –12 p.m
6th Grade and New Student Orientation:
Monday, August 2nd 5:30 p.m. District Auditorium
